Context

What Qualifies As A Rate?

• Rates from the author and ingenuine votes do not count toward the rating.

The Grace Period

• When an article is posted, there is a 24 hour grace period to allow for people to read and properly rate it.

The Second Grace Period

• Before an article is deleted via rating, there is a 24 hour grace period to allow for contact and decisions from the author.

Types Of Removal

Removal by Rating

• If an article goes below a 0 rating, it will be listed for deletion and the author will be notified immediately.

Removal By Rule Violation

• If an article is found to violate site rules, it will be deleted immediately, the authors rights may not apply depending on the severity of the action.

Removal By Ban

• If an author is banned off the site for any reason, their articles will be deleted immediately.

The Authors Rights

• The author must be notified of theirs articles removal before the grace period begins. If the author cannot be contacted, the article will be archived.

• If the author requests to rewrite or delete their article, they will be granted permission.

• If a deleted article is to be rewritten, permission from the original author(s) must be obtained.

• If the article loses its -1 or below rating during the grace period it will no longer be deleted.
