Recurrent Corridors
The corridors exude a feeling of déjà vu, not because of their familiarity, but because of something else. White hallways stretch forward, inset lights and ventilation following the ceiling all white, with intermittently-placed doors where offices and vestibules with nobody inside can be seen. The soft black carpeting is comforting to the touch.
Empty cups and papers can be found rarely, in any position, even in the unimaginable. The space may sometimes change shape, creating hallucinations of other spaces, but they cease to exist the moment you blink.
